This class builds upon and supplements our basic knife skills class.  Learn how to debone a chicken, make a scratch chicken stock and a delicious homemade chicken noodle soup.  Impress your friends and family! Eat great food! Drink some wine!

 

Class will be taught by Tim McGinnis.  Tim  is a graduate of the culinary program at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, studied hospitality in France and has worked extensively in restaurants along the Eastern seaboard. He presently applies his knowledge as a culinary instructor to at-risk-youth.
